Job Summary
Owning the governance of clinical operations, the full-time Licensed Clinical Strategy Principal will manage clinical program execution, policy lifecycle, and committee operations while working remotely in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.
Key responsibilities
- Run clinical governance committee operations, including charters, meeting cadence, and action item follow-ups
- Drive the OKR cycle for the clinical organization, ensuring alignment with department goals and tracking progress
- Oversee the clinical policy lifecycle, from drafting to distribution, ensuring compliance and effective implementation
Required qualifications
- Active clinical license as a master's level therapist, doctorate level clinical psychologist, or other psychiatric clinician with 7+ years of experience in mental health settings
- Experience with clinical governance and policy work, including supporting committees and managing clinical protocols
- Proven operational excellence and ability to manage multiple initiatives without formal authority
- Data-informed approach to setting baselines and targets, partnering with data teams for reporting
- Strong collaboration skills to hold senior clinicians and cross-functional partners accountable
