Licensed Clinical Supervisor

Job Summary

To support crisis mental health services, the on-call PRN Clinical Supervisor will manage direct patient services and ensure high-quality service delivery while being available for immediate support during assigned hours, working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with staff on crisis interventions and provide immediate support during on-call hours
• Review assessments and monitor communication to ensure quality service delivery
• Identify workflow improvements and collaborate with team members for enhanced service effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology, nursing, social work, or a related field
• Independent clinical license (LISW/LCSW/LMSW, LPCC, LMFT)
• 5+ years of behavioral health experience
• Experience working with adolescents preferred
• Strong organizational and technological proficiency, including real-time documentation skills
