Licensed Clinical Supervisor, CBT-E

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Supervisor for Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision for therapists delivering CBT-E under the direction of the Senior Manager of Clinical Training
• Review therapy session recordings and provide live feedback to therapists
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify clinical supervision needs and deliver effective supervision

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Master's degree in a clinical mental health field
• Licensed in a clinical mental health field (PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, etc.)
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical supervision experience in CBT-E
• Demonstrated completion of advanced training in clinical supervision
• Minimum of 4 years experience providing CBT-E for patients with various eating disorder diagnoses
