Licensed Clinical Supervisor - SLP

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor - SLP will manage clinical care, mentor SLPs, and ensure compliance while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and therapy sessions while maintaining an appropriate clinical caseload
• Manage and mentor a team of SLPs through regular meetings, coaching, and performance feedback
• Ensure effective utilization of systems, resources, and compliance training for SLPs

Required qualifications

• CCC-SLP (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence) and individual NPI number
• Licensed in a key state (or willingness to obtain prior to start date)
• Minimum 2 years of post-CF experience in pediatric settings
• Previous leadership experience required
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems independently
