Job Summary

Providing clinically-based technical assistance, the full-time Licensed Clinical Support Manager will oversee the HelpLine service program, ensuring high-quality support and training for staff and volunteers in a remote setting with a fixed schedule from 12pm to 8pm ET.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as a clinical subject matter expert to support the HelpLine service program and staff
  • Provide clinical consultation for complex and high-risk HelpLine connections and assist with emergency response protocols
  • Supervise and evaluate Master and Bachelor-level interns as part of the NAMI HelpLine internship program
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience supporting clients with mental health conditions
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred
  • Experience supervising and evaluating interns requiring licensed mental health professional oversight
  • Knowledge of mental illness, treatment, and support services
  • Spanish language proficiency highly desired
