Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Talent Sourcer who will build and maintain clinical talent pipelines in the behavioral health community.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain high-quality pipelines of licensed behavioral health providers
• Design and execute multi-channel outreach campaigns and develop creative sourcing strategies
• Provide market insights and shape sourcing strategies to support recruitment efforts

Required Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of experience in clinical sourcing, recruiting, or talent engagement
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health sourcing strongly preferred
• Proven success in building pipelines for licensed clinical roles
• Experience in building external partnerships with universities and associations
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
