Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Clinical Therapist with an IL License.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual care and support to adult members through video consults and messaging on various topics including mental health and family support
• Utilize brief solution-focused therapy to address immediate client issues and document encounters in the practice management system
• Collaborate with the Care Delivery team to meet member needs and promote culturally humble care

Required Qualifications

• Hold an unrestricted LPC, LMFT, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license in Illinois
• Have 3+ years of independent work experience without supervision
• Must reside in the United States and provide direct member care for 5 or 10 hours per week
• Possess 3+ years of experience in the tele-health space and be comfortable with digital health platforms
• Own an iOS device and have access to a reliable laptop with strong internet connectivity
