Job Summary
Providing outpatient counseling services, the full-time Licensed Clinical Therapist - MI will evaluate patients and develop therapeutic treatment plans while managing documentation in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, groups, or families and develop therapeutic treatment plans
- Manage caseload documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies
- Participate as a team member of the system Behavioral Health program
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, or professional counseling
- Required License: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Preferred experience in mental health and/or substance use counseling
- One year of direct EAP counseling and/or assessment and referral experience preferred
- Membership in a professional organization is beneficial
