Licensed Clinical Therapist - MI

Job Summary

Providing outpatient counseling services, the full-time Licensed Clinical Therapist - MI will evaluate patients and develop therapeutic treatment plans while managing documentation in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate patients, groups, or families and develop therapeutic treatment plans
• Manage caseload documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational policies
• Participate as a team member of the system Behavioral Health program

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, community counseling, educational counseling, or professional counseling
• Required License: Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Preferred experience in mental health and/or substance use counseling
• One year of direct EAP counseling and/or assessment and referral experience preferred
• Membership in a professional organization is beneficial
