Licensed Clinician Experience Director

Job Summary

Leading initiatives to enhance clinician engagement, the full-time Licensed Clinician Experience Director will develop and execute strategies for clinician retention and well-being while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-year strategy to improve clinician experience across various disciplines
• Lead programs aimed at enhancing retention and career advancement for clinical staff
• Collaborate with multiple departments to optimize workflows and reduce administrative burdens for clinicians

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field preferred
• 6 to 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations or clinical leadership
• Active clinical license (RN, RD, or MSW) preferred, or equivalent operational expertise in a clinical setting
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of the challenges faced by frontline clinical staff
