Licensed Clinician (LPC or LCSW)

Job Summary

To support the development of AI-native clinical tools, the remote Licensed Clinician (LPC or LCSW) will ensure quality and effectiveness in AI-assisted care delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams and providing clinical oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical interactions and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Monitor clinical safety indicators and report on quality trends to stakeholders
• Develop clinical guidelines and collaborate on addressing performance gaps

Required qualifications

• Active LPC or LCSW licensure in good standing
• 3+ years of direct clinical experience in behavioral health, with a focus on substance use disorders preferred
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills to convey clinical nuances to non-clinical audiences
• Genuine interest in AI and its application in clinical care delivery
