Job Summary

Supporting commercial Property & Casualty clients, the full-time Licensed Commercial Account Manager will deliver responsive account management, collaborate with internal teams, and manage key processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional account management and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication
• Manage processes including new business placement, renewals, endorsements, and billing while ensuring compliance with agency procedures
• Identify opportunities for service delivery improvement and collaborate with teams to enhance client experience

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of industry-related experience in commercial insurance
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Experience in client service or account management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
