Job Summary

Licensed Commercial Attorney, responsible for drafting and negotiating partner agreements and advising on complex legal issues, working full-time in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and advise on partner agreements and transactions
• Support the Partners & Alliances organization in developing programs, policies, and offerings
• Develop and implement strategies for effectively scaling support of the Partners & Alliances organization

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of practicing law
• Juris Doctor and license to practice law in a US jurisdiction
• In-house experience at a technology company, preferably B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated success supporting a global partner organization
• Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed organization
