Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Licensed Commercial Auto Adjuster, the remote position will manage and assess commercial auto claims, including 1st/3rd party material damage and bodily injury, while ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Review and assess claims to determine coverage, liability, and extent of damages
- Conduct thorough investigations, including interviewing claimants and reviewing relevant documents
- Negotiate and resolve claims, making recommendations for settlement amounts throughout the claims process
Required qualifications
- Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses in resident or designated home state plus New York, California, Florida, Georgia, and Texas
- 5+ years of experience in adjusting auto liability claims of moderate to high complexity
- Ability to obtain necessary licensing within 30 days of hire
- Experience working in a high production environment utilizing technology solutions for virtual claims handling
- Strong analytical reasoning skills with the ability to make autonomous decisions
