Job Summary
Proactively managing claims from assignment through resolution, the full-time Licensed Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve bodily injury claims while ensuring compliance with company standards in a remote work environment across multiple states.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze claim submissions to determine coverage and applicable policy provisions
- Conduct investigations and gather supporting documentation related to claims
- Communicate effectively with policyholders and stakeholders to provide status updates
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of experience in claims handling and commercial insurance
- Current adjusters license in the state of operation with the ability to obtain additional licenses within 90 days
- Knowledge of commercial insurance principles and practices
- Experience in a service-oriented environment with client interaction
