Licensed Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Licensed Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster will evaluate and resolve first and third-party auto and garagekeeper's claims while working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations of business automobile-related property damage and minor bodily injury claims
• Secure recorded statements, identify coverage issues, and draft coverage correspondence
• Accurately evaluate claim valuations, set reserves, and process payments while maintaining claim files according to best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling property damage claims or 5 years in a relevant field
• Prior experience with bodily injury claims is a plus
• Active adjuster license preferred
• Strong understanding of policy documentation and claims resolution processes
