Job Summary

To support the processing of commercial auto transportation claims, the full-time Remote Commercial Auto Bodily Injury Claims Examiner will analyze and manage claims, ensure proper documentation, and handle litigation processes while working remotely for a temporary duration.

Key responsibilities

• Processes commercial auto bodily injury claims and ensures accurate documentation and coding
• Manages the litigation process for litigated claims, developing action plans to meet state contact deadlines
• Communicates claim actions and processing updates to insured parties, clients, and agents or brokers as appropriate

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Licensed in the contiguous 48 states
• Five years of commercial auto claims management experience, including litigation handling
• In-depth knowledge of commercial line auto policies, coverage, principles, and laws
• Experience with bodily injury claims handling, including high-severity cases
