Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial General Liability Claims Adjuster - Litigation/Retail.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and litigation to make informed decisions and resolve claims
• Communicate effectively with all parties involved in the claim process to ensure resolution
• Document claim activities and provide exceptional customer service throughout the claims process

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
• Active adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, NY, HI, RI, and reciprocals (must be willing to obtain all licenses within specified timeframe)
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
