Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote Licensed Commercial Claims Adjuster will apply claims management experience to analyze and resolve complex General Liability Construction claims while providing exceptional customer service to clients and claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex General Liability Construction claims
- Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity in a timely and efficient manner to support claim outcomes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
