Job Summary

Licensed Commercial Counsel, this full-time position involves structuring, drafting, negotiating, and reviewing complex global commercial agreements while providing legal advice to cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Structure, draft, negotiate, and review a variety of global commercial agreements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic and legal guidance
• Manage legal issues in existing commercial relationships and improve internal processes

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and current bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• 5+ years of experience in complex commercial drafting and negotiation
• Experience with data privacy terms such as CCPA, GLBA, and GDPR
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple concurrent deals
• Proactive work ethic with a focus on accountability and ownership
