• Lead special projects to enhance Legal and Sales functions and support cross-functional initiatives
• Drive strategic customer deals to execution in collaboration with Sales and other teams
• Provide practical guidance on customer and contract-related issues

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience negotiating outbound SaaS contracts
• Ability to manage data protection, cybersecurity, and revenue recognition in commercial contracts
• Qualified to practice law in the local jurisdiction
• Strong understanding of software, cloud services, and technology industry trends
• Excellent business judgment and strong presentation skills
