Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and drafting of various commercial agreements
• Improve the existing contracts playbook and enhance the contracts function
• Provide guidance and leadership to the contracts/legal staff and collaborate with various departments

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably in B2B SaaS and cybersecurity
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in creating or improving templates and playbooks
• JD and active license required
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Desire to embody core values such as empathy, sustainability, and transparency
