Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of SaaS and technology agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to address contractual issues and ensure alignment with business goals
• Oversee the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• 5-15+ years of commercial counsel experience focused on SaaS agreements
• Active Bar license in the United States
• Expertise in drafting and managing SaaS contracts
• Strong understanding of SaaS agreement terms, data privacy, and compliance
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
