Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of SaaS, software licensing, and technology agreements
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on contractual issues and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations

Qualifications:

• 5-10+ years of experience focused on SaaS or technology agreements
• Active Bar license in the United States
• Expertise in drafting, negotiating, and managing SaaS contracts
• Strong understanding of SaaS agreement terms, data privacy, and compliance considerations
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
