Licensed Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their Legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, including sales, vendor, and partner contracts
• Support the Account Management team and optimize legal review processes for vendor contracts
• Identify and implement improvements in GTM and Deal Desk processes and systems

Required Qualifications:

• JD degree and admission to the bar in good standing
• 6+ years of experience in a top-tier law firm or in-house at a high-growth B2B technology company
• Proficient in structuring, drafting, and negotiating various commercial agreements
• Experience supporting medium-sized sales organizations targeting enterprise customers
• Experience with healthcare technology services is a plus
