Licensed Commercial Counsel

Job Summary

To support complex SaaS contract negotiations and management, the fully remote Licensed Commercial Counsel will draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of SaaS and technology agreements while working flexible hours ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week based on business needs.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage SaaS, software licensing, and technology agreements with customers, vendors, and partners
• Collaborate with internal business teams to provide guidance on contractual issues and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, maintaining compliance with company policies and applicable regulations

Required qualifications:

• 5-15+ years of commercial counsel experience with a significant focus on SaaS agreements
• Active Bar license in the United States
• Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating SaaS contracts
• Strong understanding of key SaaS agreement terms, data privacy, and compliance considerations
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
