Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts, the full-time Licensed Commercial Insurance Account Manager will quote and rate renewals, support in-house brokers, and collaborate with customer success to address client needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and retain a portfolio of commercial P&C accounts up to $10MM in annual premium
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client servicing, renewals, and coverage inquiries
  • Own the renewal process end to end, including proactive conversations with clients prior to quoting
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of commercial P&C experience in account management, brokerage, or customer success
  • Active Property & Casualty license in good standing
  • Strong knowledge of commercial P&C coverages, renewals, endorsements, and servicing requirements
  • Proven ability to manage the renewal process proactively
  • Demonstrated success in managing and retaining large or complex books of business
