Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts while providing strategic legal advice
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and lead negotiations
• Assist in improving legal processes and maintain an organized contract repository

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree required
• Minimum of three years of experience as a licensed attorney with contract negotiation experience
• Experience in an in-house legal department or top-tier law firm preferred
• Gaming license registration as required by applicable jurisdictions
• Basic proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook
