Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing service delivery team, the full-time Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage a book of business, drive customer retention, and collaborate with onshore/offshore teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions and provide quality service to clients

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience working in an Agency Management System required
• Preferred industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM
