Job Summary
Managing an established book of commercial lines accounts, the full-time Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will ensure proactive client service, handle renewals and endorsements, and maintain accurate records in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing proactive solutions
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of accounts, including renewals, quoting, and coverage inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and manage day-to-day account changes and follow-ups
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience servicing commercial lines accounts
- Active Property & Casualty license is mandatory
- Familiarity with agency management systems; experience with Applied Epic is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- CIC, CISR, or similar designations are advantageous but not required
