Job Summary

Licensed Commercial Lines Manager, responsible for managing a book of commercial lines insurance business, driving customer retention, and collaborating with teams to provide quality service, in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
• Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage
• Lead day-to-day customer interactions and provide timely service

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
• Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
• Located in Pacific, Mountain, or Central time zone
• Microsoft Office Proficiency, particularly in Excel
• Experience working in Agency Management System required
