Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

Supporting risk strategy and client service excellence, the full-time Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will manage day-to-day servicing of commercial client accounts, build strong client relationships, and ensure operational accuracy in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day servicing for assigned commercial client accounts and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
• Coordinate with the Commercial Sales team on new business placement, renewals, endorsements, and audits, ensuring compliance with insurance laws and company policies
• Support account retention and stability through accurate execution and responsive service while collaborating with internal teams for seamless account handling

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 5+ years of industry-related insurance experience
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license
• Strong working knowledge of commercial insurance practices and regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
