Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

Leading client service for middle and large accounts, the full-time Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will create service plans, participate in strategy meetings, and conduct gap analyses while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver service plans for clients
• Prepare for and participate in strategy meetings and proposal discussions
• Review exposures against coverages and perform gap analyses

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
• Must hold a state Property & Casualty insurance license
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms
• Proficiency in Excel and self-serve portals
