Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, the full-time Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will serve as the primary point of contact, overseeing policy renewals, new business acquisition, and client relationship management in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage small books of business for commercial lines insurance clients
- Drive customer retention and market additional lines of coverage to grow business
- Evaluate carrier relationships and provide quality service to clients
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of Property and Casualty insurance experience or related coverage experience
- Active Resident Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working in Agency Management Systems
- Preferred industry designations such as CPCU, CIC, CISR, or ARM
