Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

Managing a designated book of clients, the full-time Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will serve as the primary contact for insurance needs, lead the renewal process, and troubleshoot complex client issues in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for clients, managing their insurance needs with minimal oversight
• Lead the renewal and remarketing process while providing consultative guidance on coverage and policy structures
• Troubleshoot complex client issues and manage endorsements, claims inquiries, and audits with high attention to detail

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines
• Active insurance license(s) in applicable lines (P&C and/or L&H) required
• Proficient in AMS360 or comparable agency management systems
• Strong understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms
• Proven ability to build long-term client relationships and manage a book of business
