Licensed Commercial Lines Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Licensed Commercial Lines Manager will assist producers and clients in maintaining insurance coverage for commercial lines in the Transportation Division, focusing on processing policies, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and process endorsement requests and follow up on their receipt from insurance carriers
• Manage the processing of audits, including verification of rates, exposures, and prior premiums
• Communicate with clients and staff to gather necessary information for policy changes and handle billing issues

Required qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing required
• Active General Lines or Property & Casualty License required
• CISR and/or CIC preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Applied Epic experience preferred or knowledge of a similar Account Management System (AMS)
