Licensed Commercial Lines Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Lines Specialist II - Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage renewal business and generate new business to drive revenue growth
• Obtain underwriting information and prepare applications for business submissions
• Educate clients on coverage options and maintain client relationships throughout the year

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in insurance customer service preferred
• Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C)
• Ability to read and interpret insurance policies
• Experience with Agency Management Systems, preferably AMS360
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and internal systems
