Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial P&C Support Representative in the East Region.

Key Responsibilities

• Become an expert with the company's products and services
• Provide timely and solution-oriented responses to brokers' business needs
• Support the onboarding process for new brokers and deliver excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

• Property & Casualty Insurance license is required
• Commercial insurance experience is required; small commercial business insurance experience is highly preferred
• Prior work with insurance brokers or agencies
• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume support or customer service environment
• A bachelor's degree is preferred
