Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Property Claims Representative - Complex Loss.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate losses to determine coverage and indemnity owed under the policy
• Retain and manage outside vendors and experts for quality claims investigation
• Draft detailed correspondence, including coverage position letters and reservation of rights letters

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Adjuster licensing required
• At least 5 years of claims adjusting experience, preferably in commercial property
• AIC, CPCU, or similar designations are a plus
• Proficiency in Xactanalysis, Xactimate, and Xactcontents preferred
