Licensed Commercial Property Adjuster

Job Summary

Handling a desk of first-party commercial property claims, the full-time Licensed Commercial Property Adjuster will conduct investigations, manage outside vendors, and provide exceptional customer service while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Investigating losses to determine coverage and indemnity owed under the policy
• Retaining and managing outside vendors and experts for quality claims investigations
• Drafting detailed correspondence, including coverage position letters and reservation of rights letters

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• Adjuster licensing required
• At least 3 years of claims adjusting experience, preferably in commercial property
• AIC, CPCU, or similar designations are a plus
• Proficiency in Xactanalysis, Xactimate, and Xactcontents preferred
