Job Summary

To support a growing transactional practice, the full-time Licensed Commercial Real Estate Associate will lead the drafting and negotiation of complex office and retail leases while managing multiple active deals remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate complex office and retail leases, including LOIs and ancillary agreements
• Collaborate directly with landlords and tenants to drive strategy and close transactions
• Advise on market trends and lease structures while managing multiple deals simultaneously

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of leasing experience within a law firm setting
• Experience handling office and retail leasing on both sides of transactions
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex deal dynamics
• Active bar membership in any U.S. jurisdiction
• Able to work Eastern Time hours
