Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial/Tech Transactions Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a structured asset acquisition process involving Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) and related materials
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and technology agreements related to acquisitions
• Collaborate with legal, clinical, technical, and business teams to facilitate acquisition-related activities

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant legal practice experience
• Experience with structured asset acquisitions and commercial agreements
• Familiarity with transactional work involving intangible assets
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
• Juris Doctor (JD) and licensed to practice law in an applicable jurisdiction
