Licensed Communications Account Manager
Job Summary
Supporting a national plan sponsor, the full-time Licensed Communications Account Manager will manage communication planning, training coordination, and program promotion for the Employee Assistance Program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating communication and engagement initiatives related to the Employee Assistance Program
- Assisting with training consultation, scheduling, and managing training-related communications
- Collaborating with various teams to support communication planning and outreach initiatives
Required qualifications
- Current and maintained clinical license (LPC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, etc.)
- 5+ years of clinical experience
- 3+ years of experience in virtual presentations
- 3-5 years of experience in writing and clinical content development
- Proficiency in WebEx Training and/or Events administration
