Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Care Specialist - Bilingual Spanish Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex clients, providing long-term case management
• Facilitate client engagement through various levels of care using Motivational Interviewing
• Provide crisis management and connect clients to appropriate treatment options

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in clinical social work or equivalent with independent clinical licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC)
• Experience managing high-risk clinical situations and navigating health plans
• Proficient in case management for clients with diverse care needs
• Knowledge of higher levels of care and community mental health resources
• Bilingual in Spanish and a full-time resident of the United States
