Licensed Complex Denials Consultant

Job Summary

Representing healthcare providers in claim disputes, the full-time Licensed Complex Denials Consultant will manage reimbursement efforts for denied workers compensation, motor vehicle accident, third-party liability, and veterans' affairs claims while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the pursuit of reimbursement for denied claims
• Draft complex appeals and other necessary documentation
• Provide guidance on state-specific statutes and lien practices

Required qualifications

• Law degree from an accredited college or university
• Barred in one state or bar-eligible within 6 months of graduation
• Legal experience in healthcare law, insurance defense, or complex reimbursement litigation
• Strong knowledge of MVA laws, hospital lien statutes, and regulatory compliance in healthcare reimbursement
