Licensed Complex Litigation Associate

Job Summary

Seeking a Licensed Complex Litigation Associate with 5-8 years of experience, the full-time remote position will manage complex commercial litigation matters, including trial preparation, while collaborating with a national litigation team.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage significant portions of complex commercial litigation cases, including drafting motions and managing discovery
• Prepare witnesses and support trial, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing timely updates and practical recommendations

Required qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in complex commercial litigation
• Trial experience and familiarity with multi-jurisdictional litigation
• Good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience litigating in federal courts
• Background in business, finance, or commercially focused disciplines is preferred
