Licensed Complex Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Litigation Attorney to support a legal team on a long-term, fully remote basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal support on non-party ERISA class action litigation and regulatory matters
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and external counsel to manage high-volume, high-stakes litigation
• Analyze legal risks, develop case strategies, and contribute to litigation and compliance efforts

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant litigation experience
• Preferred experience in ERISA litigation, financial services regulation, or complex commercial or class action litigation
• Background with an AmLaw 100 law firm or corporate legal department strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
