Licensed Complex Loss Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Complex Loss Specialist to manage complex and high exposure claims requiring technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Adjust complex claims and provide analysis to Senior Executives and Program Executives
• Investigate claims, document findings, and draft coverage-related communications
• Maintain relationships with clients, underwriting teams, and other stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent claims management experience
• Minimum of 10 years of construction liability claims experience
• Minimum of 10 years of litigation management experience preferred
• Active claims adjuster license and willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
