Job Summary
Dedicated to managing provider and clinic relationships from a compliance standpoint, the full-time Licensed Compliance Specialist will develop and oversee compliance infrastructure, conduct provider education, and deliver training to the sales team, all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the compliance escalation point for the onboarding team on complex credential issues and provide documented rulings
- Lead investigations into prescribing pattern anomalies and communicate findings to providers and clinic administrators
- Build and deliver a structured compliance training program for the sales team on credentialing requirements and prescribing practices
Required Qualifications
- Active pharmacist licensure in good standing (RPh or PharmD)
- 2+ years of post-licensure experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or specialty pharmacy operations
- Working knowledge of DEA controlled substance prescribing requirements and the 503A compounding regulatory framework
- Ability to articulate complex regulatory requirements to non-clinical audiences effectively
