Seeking a Licensed Construction Contracts Attorney, the full-time or part-time remote position will focus on reviewing and negotiating construction contracts, requiring substantial experience in commercial construction transactional work.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate AIA and other commercial construction contracts
• Provide legal guidance on construction transactional matters
• Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance and risk management in contracts

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial construction transactional law
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing
• Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school
• Substantial experience with AIA and commercial construction contracts
• Outstanding professional references
