Licensed Consumer Collection Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Experienced Consumer Collection Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage outstanding accounts by contacting clients via phone and email to collect payments
• Conduct thorough account analysis to identify payment patterns and potential issues
• Negotiate payment arrangements that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in Commercial, Consumer, Legal, First and Third party collections is preferred
• Experience with CUBS is a plus
• Standard computer skills with the ability to multitask two screens
• Excellent math skills to accurately assess payment amounts and account balances
• Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism during all interactions
